There are not enough stars available to rate Greg Roberts. From start to finish and beyond the finish he was exceptional. During our initial meeting on deciding the right time to purchase a home he was straight forward, provided data to support market trends and provided a pressure free purchasing timeline. His knowledge of the Real Estate industry is impeccable. The property we purchased had issues regarding the lock box. Greg went above and beyond to arrange entry to the property in a timely manner.. The property we purchased was contracted “AS IS” yet Greg arranged several inspections prior to purchasing the property. Despite the “AS IS”contract, and the selling agent initially refusing funds for repairs, Greg was able to negotiate funds for needed repairs. He provided us with several estimates and options for the repairs needed. As we approached the closing of escrow he made sure everything was in order for closing and when it wasn’t he pushed the escrow company, the selling agent and the lender to get everything corrected in a timely manner. After closing escrow he arranged and coordinated our repairs. A couple weeks after closing escrow we had a plumbing issue that was deemed not covered by our home warranty because of improper installation prior to the sale of the home. Greg went above and beyond and tracked down the responsible contractor. He arranged for that contractor to rectify the issues due to the improper installation.
Greg Roberts provided us with a worry free home purchase. He gave us confidence that he would do everything in his power to get us into the right house, not just any house to get a commission. Even when issues arose Greg presented us with methods to resolve the issues while always being straight forward with pros and cons.
